CINDY RIVKA MARSHALL (cindymarshall.com) is an award-winning professional storyteller based in the Boston area. She’s got personal stories as well as her own versions of folktales up her sleeve. Through her business, “Story Arc” she aims to “Reach, Teach and Change with Stories,” offering workshops, consulting, and story coaching to bring story-based approaches to education, diversity awareness and community building. Her commitment to social justice motivates Cindy to design and facilitate personal story sharing experiences that lift up marginalized groups.  Her recordings of stories have won awards from Parent’s Choice, Storytelling World and National Parenting Publications. 

Under the Rainbow: Storytelling for the LGBTQIA+ and Allied Community takes place every second Monday for teens and adults. Sign up for open mic at the event. LGBTQIA+ tellers are prioritized; allies are welcome in the audience and to participate in post-story conversation. No one is obligated to tell a story.
